We have used this dental practice for too many years to remember and can not do anything but praise the service they offer. Today my grand daughters (5 and 8 years) had their 6 monthly check up with Joe and Ellie, what a fab team they make. Joe explained in to the girls, in layman’s terms, what he was going to do and what they should be doing to continue their good oral hygiene. He was really professional, patient and reassuring which is what young people need to ensure they are not afraid to attend a dentist. Ellie, as efficient as ever provided a great support service and remembered the ever important stickers at the end of the visit.
I can not recommend this practice and Joe enough. 😊

A five star review for a five star dentist! Calmed my nerves after never having a tooth out and needing a wisdom tooth removal. Talked me through the process and made sure I knew what was happening at all times. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The dentist Rob and the nurse were very patient and kind when I had my 2 teeth removed. A caring and professional dental practice in my experience. Certainly 5*.

Immense. I'm fairly nervous around dentists, but Dr Joanna and Ellie put me right at ease for an extraction. Joanna talked me through everything, showed empathy and understanding, and made the entire experience a breeze. Good dentists are increasingly rare these days, I will be sticking with Joanna as long as possible, that's how positive this experience was for me.

Professional, caring and helpful staff.
10 out of 10 goes to Rob my dentist. He has such a professional and caring approach.
The reception staff are also simply the best. Nieve made me feel at ease after ringing about 22 dentists, she said 'Kingsgate' could help.

Its good to know that there are still compassionate people in the world. After 2 weeks of searching for a dentist to relieve my pain and extract a tooth, I rang Kingsgate Dental. The receptionist heard my distress and I cant thank her enough for going out of your way to help! And to Rob the dentist thank you so very much for allowing this to happen in my time of need.even though i am not a registered patient.
As we all know NHS dentists are not easy to find, and the NHS 111 dental services are broken beyond repair leaving people who are unable to pay private prices suffering.
This Practice helped me and I shall never forget the kindness and empathy shown to me.
