Dr Joanna Giles
ASSOCIATE DENTIST
GDC: 210054
Joanna qualified from Newcastle University during 2011 with merit in clinical dentistry. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry especially root canal treatment which involves removing the nerve from a tooth and filling to prevent pain/infection. She could quite happily carry out the procedure from morning to night seven days a week! She offers part of our Invisalign Go offering and is also able to offer an alternative clear brace option called Reveal. In addition to dental treatment Joanna also offers a wide range of aesthetic treatment that includes: anti wrinkle injections, treatment for hyperhydrosis, lip fillers and fat dissolving treatments. At present she is working towards a postgraduate qualification so that she can help train newly qualified dentists.
Her overall aim is to treat every patient as if they are a family relative and make visiting the dentist an enjoyable experience!
She is married to a fellow dentist and is a mummy to two gorgeous children – Sophia aged 5 and Cameron aged 4. She thinks they are two of the most accident prone individuals she has ever met but it has helped develop hands on experience in dental trauma! When she gets the chance she loves to garden and is currently trying to teach herself how to crochet.
